Role purpose:
As the Senior Marketing Manager for the group's biggest brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of three marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration while aligning with the overall business goals.

You:
- 5-10yrs experience in leading innovative marketing strategies for a Blue Chip branded FMCG.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
- Ability to lead a marketing team to achieve high business performance and professional growth.
- You will need first-class market research and analysis skills to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools is highly desirable.
