The role:
At this stage, the role is confidential and will be discussed with suitable candidates in further detail.

You will need:
- Significant FMCG category management experience with Top4 Grocery retailers.
- Strong career background working for large branded FMCG manufacturers.
- Strong experience in using category data and driving action from this.
- Highly numerate (inc. P&L financials) with good analytical skills & critical thinking ability.
- Drive engagement on NPD forecasting, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Able to increase fixture quality and range share through customer collaboration

This role is a pivotal figurehead within the wider business and will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and NPD to ensure the brand continues to maintain its strong category position across a number of categories.
